Pastor Joel Alvarez began his ministry when he was ordained in 1997. He has always been a great man of God. He has graduated from The Latin American Theological Seminary with his bachelors in Theology, his bachelors has been recognized by the State of California. He has always served the church in a great way. he has been a Co-Pastor for 10 years before coming to the Ninth church. we are truly blessed to have our Pastor
